Last Saturday and Sunday was a hell of a weekend I never experienced. Fly fm organized a 24hours non stop gaming tournament in Cineleisure Damansara.
I was suprised when I registered myself in the morning; they are playing TEKKEN 5 DARK RESURRECTION!

My group of friends and I always playing it using PSP in Desaria(college's apartment) almost every day for the past 6 months. I was quite nervous at first because among my friends I played with, I'm one of the lousiest.
I played 1st round, won easily, 2 perfecto games.
i was using a character named Lili and no one uses it at first.
Basil went "ternganga" watching my 1st round match and he goes fury with his mic infront of his lips and speak out loud saying "HEY! WATCH OUT OF THIS GUY HERE! HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! JASON SONG!"
I was like wtf and i said to him "HEY NOT ME!, I'M JONATHAN'S APPRENTICE"
He goes again "WATCH OUT FOR THIS 2 GUYS HERE!"
somethign like that lol.
1st round ended and we observed almost all players playing and no one is as good as our mates back in Desaria, especially the guy named Izzad aka Alwee.
ironicly, after the 1st round, alot of players is using Lili.. DARN, and all of them are freshies is this game, NOOBIES!
Jon and I was quite confident to win that grand prize rm10k cash, but too bad, I lost in the semi finals and Jon lost in the finals.
Wait, I've got explaination for my losing : the controller was cuckoo!~~~I pressed teh movement button, she attacks. I press the button X, she graples. I press the button O and X, power charged.
WTH... must be the wireless controller.
oh well, there are more stories through out the day but at least I won some goodies, RM125 cash, tgv tickets. etc...

Yesterday I was out with James for dinner at KFC (Tesco) and somehow Red fm booth is infront of the KFC restaurant. They were having some games going on there.
We did not even bother the booth and even complaint that they were noisy and so on.
We were eating halfway and they were playing some games where you have to guess the title and the artist of the song they played to win some stuff..
They started off with Enrique Iglasias - Do you know (the ping pong song). No one answered.. and I straight ran out of the restaurant to the booth....and answered of course.
My hand was still oily eating chicken, still holding on to the crispy skin.
I tought I can win some goodie stuff and ciao from there amd continue my chicken.. but they asked me to stay there and continue with some games, and I did.
Total of 5 contestants including me were suppose to continue name-the-song game and win some albums, goodies and BUFFET DINNER VOUCHER WORTH RM200 at RENAISSANCE HOTEL!
out of 5 songs played to me, I know all the song's name but I do not know 3 of the song's artist..
Thank god for James's apperance behind the crowd, signaling + hinting + etc helped me won the dinner ticket!
there's also a The Calling album inside the goodie but I passed it to Jon.
and, James and I signup for the lucky draw for RM10K cash prize at the same event.!
